With limited space, privacy issues and the need for both a new entertaining area and a parents retreat, this project was a challenge.

A simple palette helped make the spaces feel more generous, as well as integrate the new and existing house into one family home.

​

An oversized cantilevered canopy off the family room provides an undercover area as well as much needed screening from the neighbouring apartment buildings.

​

The pool was showcased with a large glass panel and window from the entrance hall.
