A quaint but tired brick-and-tile home occupied this large suburban block, but there was minimal opportunity for extra space.

 

The decision was made to fully demolish the old house and make the most of the site. 

 

A new home based around an internal courtyard was planned, providing five bedrooms, large entertaining areas, a swimming pool as well separate living and children's retreats.

Carefully orientated but generous expanses of glass help bring the outside in whilst maintaining privacy and security.

 

The result is a spectacular and generous high-end home.
