Passchendaele

Federation Traditions

The charm of this federation bungalow was already highly valued by the owners, yet after many years it no longer met the needs of a family with school aged children.

The existing garage was converted into a studio with bathroom and laundry facilities, and a new single-storey addition was added to provide contemporary kitchen, dining and living areas.

It was also important to maintain a palette sympathetic to the existing house, whilst clearly identifying the areas of new works and showcasing the owners's artistic eye and collection of 1940's pottery.
