Tucked-away in a narrow lane behind the main street, the challenge was to create an urban oasis on a small vacant block.

 

Strict Heritage controls dictated a traditional pitched form, however the natural fall of the site was utilised to develope a surprising generous new contemporary home.

 

With a leafy outlook, off-street parking, and high-end finishes, this new home creates a sense of privacy and luxury in the heart of the city.
