Perched high-up overlooking the harbour, this charming existing heritage home had been poorly renovated in the 1990’s.

The main building was stripped-back to basics, and a new rear 3 level addition added to maximise the expansive elevated views and to provide the modern living areas to complement the existing more formal spaces that were retained.

The attic level serves as a spectacular look-out, complete with a large vertical “guillotine” operable window.
