Careful consideration to the design and planning of this grand Victorian mansion was required to take into account the westerly aspect and views to the harbour.

Originally set over  two levels, a third attic level with expansive "drop-down" glazing was added, as well as incorporation of an existing sandstone basement.

A bright and bold palette complements the use of natural materials including stone, timber and steel.
