A great location was compromised by a cramped and poorly planned upper level that did not make the most of the opportunities on offer.

To solve this, the whole of the first floor was removed, and a generous new addition was incorporated, including a master suite with verandah, two bedrooms and the main bathroom.

To help reduce costs, the ground floor was generally able to remain intact, with the kitchen, bathroom and laundry receiving a make-over.

​

Tired and awkward old spaces have now been given a spacious and light-filled new lease of life.
